Welcome to Tee Time Rules (TTR) – The Rules of Golf Query Platform ("Tee Time Rules", "TTR", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Agreement to Terms and Privacy Policy
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. User Age Requirement
The platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. If you are under 16, you are not permitted to use TTR. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Intellectual Property (IP)
- All platform content, software, and design (except User Content) are owned by TTR or its licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our content or software without written permission.
- You retain ownership of content you submit (queries, comments, etc. - defined below as User Content), but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and create derivative works from your User Content for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and improving our services, including for AI training and platform improvement.
4. User Content and Data
- You are solely responsible for all content you submit to the platform, including text queries, voice inputs, submitted images, comments, chat messages, and profile information ("User Content").
- You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content.
- We may use anonymized or aggregated user data and User Content to improve our services and train our AI models, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
- You must ensure you have the necessary rights to share any User Content you submit, and that your User Content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
5. User Responsibilities and Conduct
You agree to use TTR responsibly and in compliance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the platform to:
- Submit any User Content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Submit User Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
- Submit sensitive personal data about yourself or others unless you choose to do so and consent to its processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Impersonate any person or entity, including TTR staff, referees, or other users.
- Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing or other deceptive practices.
- Distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, user accounts, or our systems.
- Disrupt the platform's functionality or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service.
- Use the platform for any commercial purposes without our express written consent.
- Engage in any activity that is unlawful or violates the rules of golf or the spirit of fair play that TTR aims to support.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@teetimerules.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove any User Content or take action against any user that violates these rules.
6. Availability, Disruption, and Downtime
- We strive to keep TTR available, but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
- Services may be disrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues.
- We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime or service disruptions.
7. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the platform or any features or parts thereof at any time and without prior notice. You agree that TTR will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
8. Disclaimer on AI Usage
- TTR uses AI to provide answers and suggestions. AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies.
- All information provided on the platform, including AI-generated content, is for educational purposes only and should not be considered legal or professional advice.
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any answer for your use case before relying on it.
9. Referee Answers
- Referees provide answers based on their expertise, but neither TTR nor individual referees can be held liable for any errors, omissions, or consequences arising from their responses.
- Referee answers are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or professional advice.
10. TTR Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.
11. Consumer Law Rights
At TTR, we are committed to ensuring that users' rights under consumer protection laws remain fully respected and upheld. Nothing in these Terms restricts your rights under applicable consumer laws, including those in India, Australia, the United States (e.g., CCPA), the European Union (e.g., GDPR), the United Kingdom, and other relevant jurisdictions.

12. Suspension and Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform for violating these Terms, for security reasons, or as required by law.
- You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
- Upon termination, your right to use TTR ends immediately, but relevant provisions of these Terms, including Intellectual Property, User Content & Data (concerning the license granted), TTR Liability, Consumer Law Rights, General, and Definitions, will survive termination.
13. General
- These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, including those of Jharkhand, unless otherwise required by local law.
- If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the platform or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of TTR after changes means you accept the new Terms.
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TTR regarding your use of the platform.
- We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you.
14. Definitions
TTR: The Rules of Golf Query Platform.
User Content: Any content you submit, including text queries, voice inputs, submitted images, comments, chat messages, and profile information.
Personal Information: Information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you.
Referee: A user with special privileges to answer and moderate queries.
AI: Artificial intelligence models and systems used to generate answers and suggestions on the platform.
